They tell you the rate when they walk in the front door. It's a service charge of 187.00. I had a simple fix: the drain on my sink leaked. Needed to be sealed or tightened. I had the rest apart and clean already. After tightening, the threads turned out to be stripped. I went out and purchased a new drain and fitting while they tended to another job. When they came back, they put it all back, no leaks but with no downward slope of pipe in one section. I will have to redo that myself. Their total work time was about twenty minutes, which comes to about five hundred and sixty dollars per hour. When they left I was told I had three days to stop payment, but if I did they would come and rip it all out. I thought that ironic since the pieces were my purchase and I still have to redo some of it.

Wow, awesome service. I had Paul come out to fix my toilet. He did it quickly and for a lot less money than I thought it would cost.

Adam fixed my kitchen faucet. He did a great job and the price was fair.

Paul came out and cleared my kitchen sink. He cleaned up after he was done, I totally appriciated that.

These guys are great. Mel came out and fixed my broken water heater. He finished the job quickly and the price didn't freak me out. Great guys.
