I own 2 properties in Saratoga Springs New York. I met the proprietor and specialist of Able Pest Control 3 years ago through my neighbor. She had expressed trouble with carpenter and sugar ants. The specialist, James, came highly recommended by my trusted neighbor of 50 years, after great success and prompt service visits with Able. James came to both of my homes annually; he rid the interior of my property of sugar ants, carpenter ants, and yellow jackets that were nesting in my outdoor siding. He promised to return if there were any issues. I did see more ants within days, so he returned immediately! He rid the house of these pests w/ no extra fees! I`m happy to be working with a conscientious local pro, whose mission is to destroy these insects and return instantly for a 2nd round of lethal service--if necessary! I have dealt with several contractors who refuse to return & keep the customer guessing. That is not James of Able's business model; he is transparent & careful with pets.

Over the past few years it seems our sugar ant problem has become much more apparent. We called Able Pest Control to take care of the issue. As a first time user of Able Pest Control LLC I was highly impressed. They responded promptly to my phone calls, questions and serviced my property the next day. I bought the annual contract and they contacted me to come out and do the next spraying. I didn't have to mark my calendar to call and remind them. Our family has been a customer of Able Pest Control since 2010. He takes care of our carpenter bee and other pests preventive care and occassional extermination. He is a pleasure to work with, always timely and professional. He does a great job and he ensures that we are informed about what he has treated and he advises us about proper care. We had bee problems in our house during the last couple years. Once inside the house wall and once on top of the roof. James came in, identified the problem areas quickly and got rid of the bees before they damage our house. It's very easy to setup an appointment with James and his price is very competitive comparing to others. I would highly recommend James.

Highly recommended. Excellent response and service - thank you James Wang. We gave a call to James this morning about a newly discovered hornet nest in our yard. Within two hours, as promised, James arrived and eliminated the problem without any issues whatsoever. While he was at the house, he also performed the regular house maintenance for ants and bees, etc., as it was within a few days of being due anyway. I highly recommend Able Pest Control - they are always responsive, punctual, very knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced.
