Abe's Honest Hardwood Flooring did an absolutely horrible job on our wood floors. The wood floors started cracking and splitting seven days after we moved in. We had multiple areas where the wood slats move under our feet, the slats are uneven and there are actual holes in the floor. We noticed the cracking and splitting floors and brought it to Abe's attention prior to final acceptance of the job. Unfortunately, Abe became aggressive and threatened with a lien against our home if we did not process payment with him. He promised he would repair the floors. Abe's workers came out and made the floors worse. They are were to a point that one would not believe a reputable company would actually do such inferior work. When we brought this to Abe's attention he stated that he would repair the floors, but we needed to pay additional monies upwards toward $1700 dollars to get the floors repaired properly. We decided to hire another company to repair the floors because we do not trust Honest Abe to repair our floor properly. Further, we refused to provide him any more money. Don't buy from Honest Abe. You will regret it!

Had a great experience with Abes Hardwood floors. I was burned by another flooring contractor who had left my entire house in shambles. Found Honest Abe who came in and completely transformed my house. His installers are very experienced and knowledgeable. After having dealt with a subpar crook of a contractor previously, I was very engaged during the installation of my new hardwood floors, asking many questions. The installer politely and thoroughly answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns really giving me comfort that the job was being done right. I would highly recommend Abes Hardwood for their quality and professionalism.
