Worse service ever they make us wait for 2 hours to get our truck towed, and they charge us $100 dollars more for waiting 15 minutes to get our truck ready to get towed, and the lady who picked up the phone wasn't nice at all such a bad customer experience ever, all what they did, was taking advantage of us and the driver treats so badly too. They both use bad manners I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY BODY. and I am giving them a star because I have to for me to post my review but I will not give them none, I couldn't believe how people like that are in these business.

I just returned into town and recieved a call from my 88yr old grandmother that she was towed by this company for $95.00. I asked how far they took her and she said, 2 miles. This is a complete case of takin advantage of the elderly I have ever heard. I am in advertising and deal with wrecker service companies very often. I checked with 5 of my customers and asked what a going rate was for this distance. On avarage $45-$55, at most. $45-$55 to load and unloadn and any where from $2-$3 a mile. At most, no more then $61.00 total... If you are needing a wrecker, there are 5 withen this ad on yp.com that a fair and fast. I didnt even mention they took 1 1/2 hours to get there. Whe there driver called he was at his house watching tv and would be there in 20min. Guess he just had to finish Smokey and The Bandiit before he left.
