came to my house 5 times to fix a washer, for 1 problem! They kept ordering the wrong part. Will charge to a flat rate for labor. Paid over $500.00 door sensor and a small sensor on the motor. Took approx 30 min to install. Horrible customer service. Had to call to see if the prt came in, they didn't. I asked them to leave the old parts but were not there when I arrived home. Seriously doubt the motor sensor was bad. Will never use again!
