STAY AWAY!!! It's horrific and an absolute scam! Only showed up to collect the service charge without even attempting to fix or look at anything ! Someone needs to sue them for conning people.

This company is horrible. I called them out about my dryer not tumbling and was told the thermostats were out. Had them fixed for $130 then the next day the dryer would not quit running. So I called them out again. I had to call twice to get them to come out. Then when they came out I needed another repair of a new timer costing $200 which I did not get since the dryer brand new only cost $300.. Two days later the dryer stopped tumbling again. When I called to see about a refund the man yelled at me accusing me of the dryer timer being broken long before he ever came out and that we never told im the timer wasn't working. He was incredibly rude and would not even let me get a word in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This business gives TERRIBLE customer service! I agree with the first reviewer, STAY AWAY! They "fix" appliances then charge, only to have not corrected the problem. Their technical skills are non-existant. I tried them once, gave them a second chance, and regretted both. Call someone, anyone, else.

Ripped us off 400.00 and never showed with the part for our gas stove. Keep making excuses and not show up. They have a F grade with the BBB and 11 complaints. This husband and wife team the Seagraves are cons and should be thrown in jail. Stay away from this company. They messed with the wrong family.

this bussiness is home based. they take money up front to order parts... very unprofessional... miss appointments and have a very hard time refunding money... a good business does not do this... please don't use this business... it's been three months and my money still hasn't been all refunded...

I couldn't be more disappointed by this company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!My dishwasher stopped filling with water then would get very hot and begin to smoke. Being a rental home I called the landlord who sent a handyman out to look at it. The handyman verified that something was indeed wrong with the appliance and advised the landlord to call a repair person. Unfortunately they called Budget... The budget repairman came to the house and attempted to turn on the dishwasher which started filling immediately. He said "its fixed" and started towards the door. He didn't investigate the issue and certainly didn't fix the problem. We were still billed for the visit and they refused to help in any other way. I ask you; what will happen when this dishwasher stops working when we turn it on at night while we sleep or if it is left running when we step out of the house? Will it catch fire becuse they didn't fix it? I for one won't put my family at risk. STAY AWAY!
