Have had serveral services over the years and we are impressed. I had questions and they gave me the anwseres I needed. The lawn and trees and shrubs look great after 3 years now.

Cancelled in spring 2009 and Aarons continued treatments. I called and left a message stating I had cancelled and I was curious why they continued service. They now state I never called and now want me to pay for 2 treatments that I never authorized. I am suprised and frustrated at the ineptness of this company. I have left several messages and they have gone unanswered. Is this common business practice for them?
