Total satisfaction from me. I’m a repeat customer and always will be. Be it a chip repair or a complete windshield, these guys are great! I even still go there for repairs even after I moved to the Southwest suburbs.

DO NOT GO HERE! Car was broken into on Saturday night, so I called Sunday morning and was told they had used glass in stock (which was good for a quick fix until I could have OEM glass installed). I drove more than 30 minutes in a snow storm with no passenger side window to get to the location only to find out that the used glass that was in stock 30 minutes prior had disappeared. On to the second option...new aftermarket glass. More expensive, but they had it in stock. Again, good enough until it could be replaced with proper OEM glass. Guess what...they apparently have no idea what is or isn't in inventory because said glass didn't fit. Jesus and the staff were apologetic, but that doesn't do much for my wasted time and unresolved issued. It's unfortunate that zero stars isn't an option, because that's truly what my experience warranted. If you choose to go here, be prepared for disappointment.

After having my car vandalized, I was distraught with a sense of violation of my property. Then I found Aaron's. The service was efficient, professional, affordable and of great quality. They fixed my car's window in less than half an hour and I wasn't even late for work. I hightly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs it.
