I called Aaanimal pro to get rid of bats at my home. They came and did an inspection, and said it would be a "complex job requiring a lot of experience", and estimated $1200 to perform a bat exclusion. When they came out, it was one guy who worked for 4 hours (including breaks). They failed to come out the next week to finish the job they started. I waited for two weeks and no one came out to finish the job, so I called and emailed them on a friday to find out when they would be back out. No one has answered my call or returned my email yet (I guess they have my $1200 now, so there is no incentive to follow up). This company overcharges for their services, and has very poor customer service. I recommend going with a different company.
