I personnally have to question the last review I read. Perhaps Richard Kirby is a clown or a competitor. I had 3 free quotes by different companies and as it turns out was able to have my refrigerator fixed by Same Day Repair Service for $100 less than the other 2 quotes. I am very happy with their performance. The nice gentleman that came out also gave me very good tips on preserving my appliances. Thank you Same Day for making me a HAPPY CUSTOMER! I will use you again!

This guy is a rip off. He overcharged me by well over 100 dollars for repair on my refrigerator. I thought he gave me a good price however after calling around for prices I realized that i was overecharged for repairs. I do not recommend calling this clown he will rip you off

for being the 1st to respond to me on a cold Monday morning. These guys made sure they were at my house fixing my refrigerator before I lost $400 of groceries! I even made it to work on time this morning. Same Day is the only company I'll use and refer for appliance repair. Thank you guys!

My husband and I moved to W.Bloomfield from the West Coast. He owned his own appliance repair franchise there. Since Al retired, he has tried many companies, and none of the appliance repair services in Oakland County have been up to his standards!! He is very pleased with Same Day Repair's Service and refers to them as "Best Since the West"!! Al's company was named West Coast Appliance Repair. He said if he were to go back to work, he'd like to work for an honest company like Same Day!!

I highly recommend this company. This is the 4th time my family has used Same Day Repair Service, and they have honored their warranty on my dishwasher and repaired our washer and dryer when every other co. we tried wanted so much money, and wanted to replace every working part they could! I felt that this co. was the most honest service repair we have used in many years!

i got great service.. our dishwasher stopped working and we called same day repair and they got it fixed in no time at all! The the repair guy was great!

The issue is not about the sock. It is about the service. You did not even call us back! You were at our house for 20 minutes, it should not cost $50 for you to supposedly removed a sock. The root cause of the issue was the motor. We had to pay another company a $89 service fee just to come out. Of which, there was a problem with the motor. Same day repair should have called us back and our $49 should have been applied to fix the "ROOT CAUSE", based on the 90 day service warrenty. Like I said folks do not use. It is unacceptable for any company not return your calls. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE. I would not even give them one star. The technician came out and took out a sock from our washer. I washed a couple of loads of clothes and ran into the same issue. The water not draining. I have called back 5 times and the technician is not calling us back. Their work is supposed to be guaranteed for 90days. DO NOT USE

Service tech was great explanned everything and gave writen estimate and was able to fix without ordering parts! Cost was very reasonable will certainly use you again! I highly recommend to anyone!

While installing a microwave/hood vent, the installers scratched the pocket door and never repaired the damage. They returned once with a wood scratch repair marker that didn't help, and then would never return to finish the repair, and never offered any compensaton to make up for the damage, despite several calls.
