Less than qualified

After calling the woman "technician" and asking if she was qualifed and capable of working on a Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer to which she replied yes, she came on out. After unloading the fridge she explained she did NOT have the appropriate license or equipment to repair the unit. At this time she wrote me a bill for $50.00 - for showing up. What a ripoff. Would not recommend this business to anyone!
