1. Overcharging and reallocating price categories.
2. Refusing to return my property after he was paid
Owner acted incredibly rude and constantly complained about his home life and not getting to spend time with his girlfriend.
Also changed his pricing categories last minute.
It cost me $350 to get a $50 diagnosis and have him install a WD Blue 250GB SSD. Insane.
He also refused to give me my property back. To get my property back, I was forced to take him to court and the judge had to force him to return my property.....
Would not recommend A1 tech based on my experience at all.
