I've been so glad to have someone who takes my business personally. I have a salt pool that my old guy didn't know how to take care of. J came right out when I called, diagnosed some of the BIG problems that were keeping my pool green and explained it in SIMPLE ENGLISH. How refreshing to have a solution so quickly...& under budget:P !!!! Even with a last minute call, White Sand fixed the problem right away & cleared the pool just in time for the 4th! I've switched my pool service permanently.

White Sand is the true dictionary definition of service. Any repairs I have needed have been done promptly and frugally, but did not sacrifice quality. Even more helpful, when we lost business a month and were struggling to make ends meet, they worked with us in payment. It has always been a pleasure to speak with their staff and we have never had a problem with missing service. We see the same guy every week, so we know he knows our pool. We could not ask for more of a servant’s heart from this company and are so blessed we found them!

I run a large property management company here in Los Angeles. I called White Sand for an emergency after the health inspector fined the pool on one of our new properties. They had 2 guys there cleaning up the pool THE SAME DAY and for the next four days in a row! We kept the client, cleared the situation with the health dept and now we use White Sand for most of our pool properties and all of our new accounts. Great response at a rate my clients love. Two thumbs up to White Sand!

I was tired of getting jerked around by lazy guys who never came when they said they would or left my pool looking like my 8 year old daughter did it. White Sand is the first company I've dealt with that not only does the job right but, goes above and beyond to do it great. The service guy totally knows what he's doing and I haven't had to worry about my kids being in the pool all the time, cuz thru the whole summer, it's clear and good to go! You should call White Sand too....you'll love 'em.

A spa company actually referred me to this company. I really liked the owner who came out within hours of when I called. He got my pool from Green to Clean so fast!!! I was pretty cool that he makes sure his guy comes with a sensor. I will definitely refer White Sand to my neighbors and friends.

The owner himself came right out (thank God he speaks English!) & the next day my pool was serviced and clean. WOW! I love they are so knowledgeable and thorough. He even took digital pictures of my pool and my equipment. I strongly recommend White Sand to anyone who wants to protect their investment and their peace of mind.
