Have used them twice. Past repairs ok. This recent repair did not survive Hurricane Matthew. Disappointing.

Im a property manager, my 2 appointments were made a week in advance - 1st one, they dont do 40 ft screens, wasted week and day, 2nd one, the finished early so tried to call me, when I called back, they were busy and voice mail was full..so what do they do? go to the next appointment and while I am waiting for my appointment I call and I have been bumped 2 hours.....you cant write this stuff, so 1 star, because I could not get passed the appointment stage, not once but twice

Hired A Screen Repair to enclose the front door entry and repair pool patio screens. They came and gave an estimate which I think was fair. Came out as scheduled and did a great job. It looks great and I would hire them again if needed.

I was very happy with this work. A year later and everything still looks great. Price was the best also. The screen door closers failed after just a few months and I was told that they were not under warranty. Luckily I saved the Home Depot closers that they told me were junk. They still work fine. I was also told that that gave a referral fee if the job was sold and paid. A few of my neighbors used them because I referred them. I saw the salesman when he came to inspect the completed job and he said that it was noted that I referred the job. I called them on this and they still never got back to me. Needless to say, I never got the referral fee. I do still give out there name when a neighbor asks, but I warn.

Doesn't deliver as promised, no accountability when confronted about it.

Sales guy came out end of march, took them 2 months to get to the job since they were so busy. Sales guy discussed with me using a heavier gauge screen per my request, installers show up with same screen I had on already. Request to speak with management, sales guy calls back with douchey attitude and says it was written on estimate. I explain that I am not a screen expert and he told me they were to use a better quality product to rescreen. Got nowhere with sales guy, called again to office, asked for manager or owner to call me, no call at all other from sales guy claiming he was manager. Installers finished installation, left mud all over pool deck which they pressure washed 2 days before installation for some reason rather than after. Would never use, recommend, etc to anyone, these guys suck.

Had screening replaced around our patio a week ago. At the time the work done looked great and had no complaints. One week later, after being away from the house for 4 days on a mini vacation, I came back to notice a 3 inch rip in one piece of screen near the edge of the frame along with several areas where the screen was starting to come out of the frame. I understand full well they do not have a warranty on the type of screening we have but one week after installation their work shouldn't be falling apart. I contacted A Screen Repair hoping they would resolve our issues without charge but the rep kept reiterating the fact that since it's not under warranty we would have to pay full installation costs to have the screen problems fixed. She then said the next available date they had was a month away. So I told the rep that I was not at all happy with this resolution and that I would figure it out on my own. Just a ridiculous way to handle a customer who had their installation done one week earlier.

These guys came out to do our pool enclosure, full screen replacement. ( Big Enclosure). They said they would be here at 7 am and they were here right at 7. Very professional introduction of themselves and the company, dressed well, ( no baggy paints and dressed for the weather) By the way it's raining out and it rained all day long and they never skipped a beat. We bought them lunch ( Hot pizza) to get them out of the rain for a short time. they ate and went right back to work. When they finished at the end of the day ( full day in the rain ) they cleaned up and left the place cleaner then they found it, the job was done to the utmost professionalism. Between the guys coming out and pressure washing before hand, (In which They also did a great job as well) and the guys replacing the screens, the 30 yr old enclosure looks like it's almost new. All the door work smoothly now, there's no mold or what ever that green stuff is any more, I can't say enough on how happy we are on the job they did.

They fixed my screen door hinges, and several screens today. They were fairly priced, on time and did a quality job. Not only that, but they took the time to explain why they did what they completed and how I could better maintain my doors.

I had A-Screen Repair come out and repair my entire pool enclosure and was highly impressed. With the way the economy is today, it's nice to find a company that has been around for as long as they have. Their workers were very polite, showed up on time and made sure everything was picked up when they left. I highly recommend them.

The two technicians were on time, friendly and worked efficiently. The price was very reasonable and getting an appointment was very easy.

I used this company in August of 2007. There were some issues with the quality of materials they received from their supplier but they immediately set out to correct the problem. They kept me updated about delivery and installation dates and re-installed the materials in a timely manner. The owner personally contacted me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Very good company. I will definitely use them again.
