HERE'S THE SCAM:



The owners of A Green Kleaner, Alison Howard and Sereeta Planno broadcasted their business name all over the internet and offered discount cleaning through Groupon, Living Social and other services to make their business appear legit.



Next the cleaning crew shows up and cleans, just like a legitimate cleaning company, right?



Then they send an email with "coupons" directly to their new customers and have them pay through Paypal and Intuit, both services offer no customer protection when linked to a bank account.



Now these women have your money and will not pick up the phone, return messages and cancel appointment after appointment. After 3 months of trying to use the "coupons" purchased and 4 cancelled appointments, it is fair to assume this is a scam.



If you are a customer that has had your money stolen and feel compelled to show up at 1110 NW 2nd Ave in Ft Lauderdale, you will be met by a residential home in the ghetto with a bunch of undesirables hanging out in the front yard. Alison Howard will come out of the house, see you are a customer looking for a refund of the HUNDREDS of dollars she has taken, and turn and hide in the house while her "friends" tell you she has moved to "New Jersey". Yea, ok.



Yet another So. FL scam from scumbags that just don't want to work for a living. DO NOT USE A GREEN KLEANERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They used Groupon to create a customer base, then sent out "Holiday Coupons" for house cleanings. They stole $140 from us and many others in the community! Now after two cancelled appointments, they won't answer their phone or call back. The owner of the company has disappeared with our money, typical So. FL upstanding citizens.

Very Professional, High Quality Scents, Great Value for the Price i paid. I would definitely call them again.
