HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THERE ENGINES DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAST YOUR MONEY THEY HAVE HAD 40 COMPLAINTS OVER TWO YEARS LOOK AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BERUAL

had nothing but problems with there engines this is the fifth time and they have replaced the engine and a year later still have not fixed it. having to sue them for my money back.

READING ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, I DONT BELEIVE I WAS DEAING WITH THE SAME PEOPLE. THE WOMAN I TALKED TO AND WAS TALKING TO THE ENTIRE TIME MY VEHICLE WAS BEING WORKED ON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, CONSIDERATE, UNDERSTANDING, RESPECTFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, RETURNED MY CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER.... SHE EVEN CALLED ME WHEN I WAS ACCIDENTALLY OVERCHARGED AND LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE MISTAKE, CORRECTED IT AND GAVE ME A 20% DISCOUNT ON MY PARTS! I'D SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!

WE HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH PREVIOUS MECHANICS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND, TRUMPING UP CHARGES FOR RIDICULOUS THINGS, BUT A+ ENGINES WAS ACCURATE, DETAILED, HONEST AND VERY FAST WHEN IT CAME TO GETTING MY VEHICLE DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE! I HAD MY ENGINE REPLACED, MY WATER PUMP, SENDING UNITS AND DISTRIBUTOR REPLACED, MY RADIATOR SERVICED AND A NEW BATTERY AND STARTER PUT IN FOR ABOUT $2100.00!

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE MECHANICS AND THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE. I'VE HAD MY VEHICLE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND ONLY HAD TO DO THE MINOR THINGS LIKE OIL CHANGES, AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE! I'VE RECCOMMENDED AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECCOMMEND PEOPLE TO THIS SHOP.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT IS FAST, ACCURATE AND WILL GIVE GREAT SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE.... THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!

TO START: This business has 40 COMPLAINTS AGAINST IT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF PHOENIX, AZ SINCE MAY 08', when they opened or this fraulent owner took over the business!!! They claim they have been in business since 1997, BBB told me they show since May 08, and they have an "F" rating with the BBB, the WORST you can possibly get. This tells you something right there!



Anyway, I bought an engine for my daughters Dodge 2002 Stratus car. I found this business on the internet, spoke with them, they SEEMED very knowledgeable and honest, boy was I taken!! I live on the east coast, and had the engine shipped. First problem was it was at least 4-5 weeks late in delivery, NO phone calls, explanations why, unless I called them, always had a lame excuse why.



When it finally arrived, my mechanic said he had never seen such a piece of junk!! He has been installing/working on car engines for over 25 years. Parts that should have been already attached/ installed with engine were not. Main thing was cam gears were in horrible shape, pitted, used, etc... I paid $2,000.00 for the engine and have since put in approx.

$1,200.00 extra in time, labor, testing of engine to diagnosos/ fix the problems with it.



When I called this fraulent business first off, to sent the engine back immediately, I was told it would not be accepted back. They would sent out two new sets of cam gears, FINALLY, they sent out only ONE used pitted cam gear AGAIN!!

It was unusable. It is now November, this car has been unoperable for 4 months now!!!!!



When I call and try to get reimburst the $1,200 plus I have sunk into this junk engine I was sent, I am screamed at,yelled at and hung up on by this CRAZY woman claiming to be the office manager named "DINA". THIS WOMAN IS THE MOST HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, QUITE OBVIOUS UNEDUCATED WOMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I

believe her to be at the root of this major problem I am having. I am quite literally dealing with a fraudulent insane person.

My last call was to get reimburst a lousy $160.00 in labor to install the useless cam gears I was sent. She actually tried to say the car has been driven, so they will not pay me for the labor. It clearly states in the contract they will reimburst a lousy $18.00 for labor, on faulty engines parts. THEIR CONTRACT IS A JOKE, AND MEANINGLESS, THEY UPHOLD TO NOTHING IN IT!!!!!!!! THEY ACTUALLY CLAIM A 100,000 MILE WARRENTY, THEY WON'T EVEN PAY $18.00 HOURLY LABOR WHEN A CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR MONTHS WAITING FOR THE CORRECT PARTS TO ARRIVE!!!



WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT BUY SO MUCH AS A SCREW FROM THIS COMPANY, IT WILL ONLY COME BACK TO BITE YOU IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT!!! AS I AM NOT ONE TO BE TAKEN LIKE THIS, I HAVE GOTTEN THE ATTONERY GENERAL'S OFFICE NOW INVOLVED, WE WILL SEE HOW THIS ALL PLAYS OUT. KEEP POSTED FOR RESULTS, AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ENGINE COMPANY, AS THIS BUSINESS WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU JUNK!!!



THIS COMPANY CANNOT POSSIBLY BE LEGITIMATE, AND IF THEY CHOOSE TO RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS, BELIEVE ME, ANYTHING THAT IS WRITTEN BY THEM IS ANOTHER LIE!!!!!!

Buyer beware, I purchased an engine from this company and at first they sent the wrong engine, then we had to send them my engine to rebuild, then when my engine came back the heads leaked, then they sent a new set of rebuilt heads and those are defective. Took 3 months to get my vehicle back and its still not right! Was told by Rachel at the company that if I wanted it fixed I would have to send the engine to them all at my expense. There warranty is a joke, the company is a bigger joke. Do not buy from this company, Don't get ripped off as I did. $4500.00 out of pocket so far and counting.

having emergency problems with my car the people at A+ engine's got me in right away even though they were booked solid!! I was able to use the bus for only a day and a half. THANKS!!!

This is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. brought my car into on a warranty, they took from october until janurary trying to find away that some one else cause the problem with my car , yet they were the only ones to work on it . While also confusing it with 3 other cars. Finally they agreed they did all the work on my car, then they voided the warranty and said

it was viod because something got into the engine from the road, I dont know how something could get INTO the engine . So we decide they can fix the engine if I pay them 500.00 and a core . so i did. then after being told it was ready 5 times and it wasnt . they finished it in april. then the check engine light would stay on ,, they told to disconnect light , and the torc converter in the transmission was making a terrible niose , but they said not there problem ..... NEVER use them .. I wont and willl tell everyone I know not to use them . yes and they told not to worry it was under warranty.. never ...never...

I purchase an engine three weeks ago. I was very satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend using this company.
