First night in our new house with a backed up septic system. Called Discount Septic and they were here that night at 1040pm!! Checked the field right away, came back first thing in the morning to snake the line as the field was fine.. turns out our pipe was broke and settled. They were out the next day to dig it out and repair it! Phenomenal service!! Could not have asked for anything better!

I called Discount Septic Service LLC. The lady on the phone was so knowledgeable and super sweet, put me on the route for same day service!!! The service tech mike was super knowledgeable and showed me how things work and why I need to get my tank and filters cleaned more often, I am now on a scheduled Maintenance for every 3 years!! He had to do some digging we had two lids Because it was a two compartment tank he recommended installing risers with Nice green lids I can drive my lawn mower across He came out the next day and had me all fixed up!! I tell everyone I know that has a septic tank to call Discount Septic Service for when they need their septic tank cleaned to call 989-205-6017
