Never have I had such a pleasant experience with a company that was called for assistance. This company was unbelievably professional, prompt and thorough. I enjoyed every moment with the talented team. I will for sure use them in the near future for any and all my appliance needs. Great job, thank you so very much.

I made the mistake of calling them instead of factory service. They came to my house 1 hour late, within 5 minutes, bent the latch on my dishwasher so it would not close and pulled off my baseboard, not replacing it. They told me without taking anything apart (except my baseboard) that I needed a new pump and it would cost me $329. I had called manufacturers' service while I was waiting for one hour for them to arrive and learned kitchenaid would do any repair for $309 and that would also include a one year complete warranty on my dishwasher(not just the repair). I declined A Dave's recommendation that I replace the pump for $329 -kitchenaid came out and fixed my dishwasher in 20 minutes--no I did not need a new pump-as A Daves told me. Everything about the experience with A Dave's was horrible!!! With one exception. The owner did refund the $45 they charged me for 10 minutes and the bogus estimate and destroying my latch and baseboard after I called and complained that I thought this was consumer fraud. I learned my lesson --AVOID them!!

In response to the complaint by "angry consumer" I have had Daves appliance out to repair my oven and was charged the same price and was very satisfied. You need to take in consideration that the technician obviously knows what he's doing and got the job done. What would you like him to do sit and have coffee while you bake some cookies ?? Yes the part may of only cost 45 dollars ONLINE but he drove to the part store to get the part then drove to your home and fixed your stove properly. I don't know about you but when it comes to anything that has to deal with appliances and gas I would like a qualified technician do the job. It also cost money to run a business. When ever you take your car in for a repair do they just charge you for the part?? NO! the labor cost more then the parts! I am a very pleased and satisfied customer and will definitely call Dave's appliance for all my appliance repairs. The service tech. gave me a 2 hour window he showed up in that 2 hour window with the part. He was very polite and I give 5 stars!!! Very HAPPY consumer :)

Called to have them come out and replace bake element in Kenmore oven. Part runs $45...........Charged us $168.50 for 10 MINUTES!!!!!!! At that rate, an hour charge for this place would run over $720. Avoid calling them at all cost.

Great service. very knowledgeable friendly service. our refrigerator wasn't working properly. they came out the next day, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it promptly. very reasonable rates.

CALLED TUES AM WITH TWO PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN LIING WITH A REFRIGERATOR WATER DISPENSER LEAK SO WHEN DISHWASHER STARTED LEAKING I CALLED A COUPLE OF REPAIR SERVICES DAVES WAS FAST TO RESPOND NEXT DAY ASKED MODEL NBRS AND PROBLEM ON PHONE CAME WITH PARTS SO NO SECOND CALL ADVISED REPAIR COST VERY REASONABLE AND PROBLEMS WHERE RESOLVED IN A VERY SHORT TIME FAST NEAT AND VERY POLITE. THANKED ME FOR GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

9/19/2012, 7:30am, My daughter complained our dryer smelled of burning rubber. 9:00am called A-Daves Appliance,1:40 pm Jacob called and said they were twenty min. away. 2:00pm, Arrived fixed the dryer and out the door by 2:20 pm. WOW! That's Service.

Woke up with a fridge not working. Called A-Dave's at 8:30am, and he was working on the problem by 9:30am!! From my description on the phone, he knew the potential problem. Once there, he diagnosed and repaired it on the spot. He was efficient and got me back to my day in no time at all. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use A-Dave's again!

I had A-Dave's Appliance come out for my oven and Dave was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of my oven for a very reasonable rate! The company was very easy to get an appointment and they didn't keep me waiting all day! I will definitely call A-Dave's Appliance again!

I have had Dave out twice for repairs. Once for my Fridge and once for my dishwasher. Both times they were able to come out the same day. They gave me a two hour window and called when they were on their way. Rates were $55 for a service call which is applied to charges if they have to do any work. I thought their prices were more than fair and they guarantee their work parts and service for one full year. I will definitely be calling them for any future repairs on my household appliances
