I wouldn't give any stars if it was an option BUT this company is a joke!! The man that does the repairs and the lady that takes his calls are both rude..unprofessional and have NO customer service skills. He will come out to your house and act like your a bother to him and act like you need his business, unbelievable!!!! Don't waste your time with these people...there are PLENTY other companies in OKC that can do the job with a better attitude and understanding that you treat your customers like they are important to the business...PERIOD!!!

The worst place with worst expertise. They have the worst customer service. Its is much better to throw your appliance away for free than to deal with anyone from this place
