Basically not worth the time or money. He simply told me what I already knew in regards to my dishwasher leak. He said he would talk to his supplier on Monday and get a price for the part i needed and his guess was that the job would be a few hundred dollars. After researching the model number etc. of my dishwasher, I found the part online (http://www.repairclinic.com) in less then 10 minutes and had it fed-exed to my home for less than $15. The simple plastic piece was installed (by me) in less than 5 minutes and the dishwasher is now fixed. This was a $75 mistake. A week after the home visit, I have yet to get a call from him telling me about the part he was going to locate. An absolute waste of $75. Live and learn...
