Came out on a Wednesday to repair my washer, tech took a screwdriver to pop the top off and gouged several places across the front. He left and did not tell me. I called the company immediately and asked for a return call from owner (Tim), no return call 26 hours later. Called again, told me he was busy with calls. I told him what happened, asked that he see it, he was too busy. He response it was not done intentionally, we will use touch up paint. Asked they call cell for next appt, did not do that. So.....1 week later my washer was fixed and touched up with paint. I was told by the owner in order to replace the cabinet (because of the scratches) he would have to replace every part in the washer. Really??? I would not recommend this company under no circumstances. Could care less about customer service or your appliances.

They are slow and rude. They have had my AC window unit for three weeks. During the hotest weeks so far this year reaching 105 on most days. I have three children and a disabled 51yr old family member living in the home. There is no excuse to leave a family without an AC for three weeks. A good repair company should show up at your home with almost any part you could need and able to fix it right there. I will not use their business again and I will be sure to spread the word to others about the sorry excuse they call customer service.

I was referred to AA repair to fix my television by the manufacturer. It has been nearly a month since the part was ordered to fix it and I still can't get a technician out here. I work at night so I am very flexible during the day. They have made 3 appointments with me and each time they have called at the last second to say the tech was not going to be able to make it. And another time they just did not show up without even calling. Also, AA Repair does not answer their phone. I have since went with another technician.
