I was pleased these guys do a good job, and know what they are doing.

I've been disappointed before with other people not knowing their stuff very well, but I know who to call now.

They were professional, friendly, did a good job and I would definitely recommend them!

The compressor on our air conditioner went out. I acquired 3 quotes. A-1 gave us the best quote with several options. I was impressed with their promptness and the financials of the quote so I chose them to do the work. I am glad I did! I highly recommend them to anyone. Going forward, I will call A-1 first! Great Job!!!

I was surprised to find my heater would not shut off because of my thermostat cover. I was so frustrated they could have sold me a new house, not to mention a new thermostat. Good technicians, quick service, great value.

I had a very old unit that A-1 replaced & there has been a dramatic drop in her electric bill & the quality of service was fantastic as well as being reasonably priced. Quality service is very difficult to find any more but I must say A-1 has it.(Thanks Robert)

I had surgery on a Friday and my A/C went out Sunday in July. I called A-1 Worcester Air and the owner Robert answered the phone on Monday morning. He came out that day and worked to get the unit going again until he could get it replaced. My old unit was 25 years old, it could not be repaired. He was caring, efficient and gave me a great deal on a heat pump. I could not be more pleased or grateful. He treats people right whether they are customers or not.

Honest, Reliable, and Quick Service, and they know how to fix it right the first time.

Another company said I had to have a new ac. Worcester came out and found the problem was repairable. Now the ac works great. When it's time for a new one, I'm calling Worcester. Bill

I would highly recommend this company for heating and air conditioning service and replacement. They replaced my electric heater and AC and my electric bill almost dropped in half. I always heard bad things about heat pumps, but after a logical explanation, I now understand how they work and how best to keep them working well. Thanks to you guys. Bobby D.

I would recommend Worcester Air. They came over and fixed us right up. That was such a relief after fooling around with a Home Warranty Company that kept sending guys over that didn't know what they were doing. American Home Shield Sucks, but if you need your AC fixed right, call Worcester.

I recommend them. They do good work at a fair price.

Worcester Air does a good job for a good price. To me, that's a good value. We nursed my old ac along for a couple of years but when it was finally time to replace it - Steve did a fantastic job. The neatest install I could have imagined. The electric bills have dropped substantially since the ac replacement. Way to go, guys! Bobby.

I had another company tell me I needed a new AC. Worcester fixed it the same day I called him. I know I need a new AC, but the other guys didn't tell me repairs were an option - Worcester did. Great Guy.

I had an appt for Friday at 12:00 for Mr. Worcester to come by for quote on a replacement system. I had to call him at 12:15 to find out where he was and to remind him of the appt. He said he was on his way right then. He shows up, doesnt have time for a quote right then, so he asks me for email add so he can write up the quote and email by 2:00pm on Saturday. Its Monday now and still no word. Very Poor Work Ethics

I was surprised a human answered the phone at 9:30pm, but was really pleased when they said they could come out that night! I got charged an additional $30 but that's better than finding a hotel. They got the AC running good enough for the night and had a brand new one out the next day. The 5-year labor warranty is a great deal. They did a great job and at a good price too. I'll call them again.

This group always gives good value for the price. They are consistent and very helpful.
