The lady that runs this "company" is extremely rude. My husband was in a wreck on Monday, and Tuesday he went to get our things out, and 1) she wouldn't let anyone else on the lot with him 2) she wouldn't let him get the steering wheel cover. This was his first car so he was very emotional. 3) he had internal bruising and he had to get our carseats and belongings out all by himself.
