Provided by YP.comAfter one spray, three to five days later we still had bugs. The chemical that they use is odorless, but ineffective. It did not treat or get rid of our BUGS. Then, for the next appt., they called and cancelled one hour before the appt. time. They waited an entire 2 weeks to cancel at the last minute.
