Purchased custom cut glass mirror from this establishment. Very nice guy, stayed open late, and helped find exactly what we were looking for. Even made sure mirror would travel home safely. Fair prices too. Thanks Kidwell!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced with an equal amount of professionalism. Ordered two plates of glass to be cut at the beginning of the week, was told they would be done by the next day. Didnt recieve a call the whole day so I contacted them at the end of the day only to recieve a rude response of "If we didnt call you then its not done" so I waited a couple of days to call back and spoke to someone different only to have the same rude response.

Didnt recieve the call back until 9 days.



For a small business you'd think word of mouth would be a customer service motivator.

Excellent service, This is the only place to have your car windshield put in. They did a perfect job, Very happy customer.

I set all 5, I don't know yet how much they charge and what level service they provide....

Corrado Polastri with Orangevale Glass recently installed a frameless shower door in our newly remodeled master bath and did an incredible job!
