I called A-1 Appliance with an emergency and the office staff was very helpful and professional.They set me an appointment for the same day. The technician came out and he was very educated and professional. The Technician was very accommodating, he repaired my appliance in a timely manner.

They give you a song and a dance how hard it is to replace a few dollars part, which ended up being hundreds of dollars for a total of 10 minutes work. Watch out. They will rob you blind!

Excellent service! I called late Thursday evening and they arrived first thing in the morning to fix my refrigerator. They were quick and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

they have a half-page add only to charge for nothing. Very poor service. Wrongly diagnosed my refrigerator problem and then charged for another thing after a week whe the problem repeated. More than 50% expensive compared to competitors

Total waste of time. Called them and they never showed up! I called another company.

Called these guys for a non-working subzero freezer. My food was going bad fast, these guys came out within 2 hours and they fixed my freezer without having to go get any parts. I am very happy with this company. The serviceman (Mike) was very knowledgeable and i believe he was reasonable and a very professional technican. I recommend A-1.

These guys overcharged me, the job was not done right. After their repairman left I found that he had broken the top hinge of my washer and duct taped it back. When I called their office the person there was very rude. I looked them up in the Better Business Bureau. They have at least 10 consumer complaints that they never responded to. The BBB won't accept their membership. If you want to throw away your money, this is the company to call.

This company is a waste of time and money. They do not honor their warranty and their office people are rude.

This company not only couldn't find any information about work they did, they did not stand behind their warranty. On top of that they are rude. I spent $400.00 on their work and wound up having to call another company to fix the problem. Unfortunately my husband paid by check or I would be disputing the charges credit card charges. This company is a waste of time and money.
