Absolutely the rudest most hateful staff of ANY business I've ever spoken to. My father in law's car was towed by them due to a wreck; he and my husband called to find out the address so they could pick up the car. They were both told "why do you want to know?" And refused to give the address stating our hours are 9-5 call then and HUNG UP ON THEM! Bad business leads to a closed business, we can only hope!

I don't know what mr. anonymous is talking bitchin about I have called this number before and tow all my vehicles with no problems. I even had a vehicle impounded and she was nice enough to tell me what all I needed to get my car out. so I came back about thirty minutes later documents in hand and there was no problems getting my vehicle out of there. he must have not had everything he needed and being a di&k about not being able to get his car.
