I worked with John and Mike; both gave a lot of attention, on putting specs together and pricing a truck. I had many questions, which they answered willingly and truthfully. They filled in a lot of details in technical areas I was lacking and kept in contact, without hard pressure. I really don't think they could have been any more helpful. The only downside was we are in Northern CA and they are in Southern CA. We found a truck locally and my boss decided to go with the local, even though we'll have to wait a little longer than Extra Equipment could have gotten it for us.
