i would just like to take a moment and thank everyone at ball auto dealer for being so professional and caring in the purchase of our new kia soul we bought at ball kia. we made an appointment to meet with frank ortiz on saturday and when we went there. he took us over to the kia dealer and introduced us to oscar a salesman there. he took over and helped us pick out car he thought we were interested in they went over price and we traded our old kia in. they were very professional and we took it home that day. we want to thank especially frank ortiz, oscar and art in financing. we had a horrible experience week before at kearney pearson kia and had decided we didnt even want to buy a new car there was so much difference in the dealerships from one that didnt a care if they sold a car or not.to one that did everything possible to help you purchase a car. i give them a high 5 and kearney pearson kia a big 0. i would buy another car from them if i ever get another new one and i would recommend my friends to buy from them too.

When we purchased an Acura from Ball, it was what you hope a car buying experience is.... fun, convenient, easy, fair, and friendly. Since making our purchase, we have referred many friends and family members to Ball whom have all had an experience equal to ours. We would defintely buy from Ball again and will conrtinue to refer them to others.

Great service! Brought my TSX and always get taken care of. Plus they wash and vacum with any service. If you have a Acura, this is the dealer to come to. If your looking to buy a new car, my rating DOESNT APPLY. I only speak of service.

We just bought our new CRV from Romeo at Ball Honda. He was really nice and knew everything there was to know about the CRV. Romeo really made the buying process easy and I would recommend asking for him next time you need to buy a car. We love our CRV! Thank you Romeo!!

I have a 2011 Acura RDX that I take to Ball Acura for the regular maintenance. They do an outstanding job of servicing my car and their customer service is unbeatable! I have taken it in 3 or 4 times for regular maintenance (i've put 25K miles on it already!) and have consistently been treated like a valued customer and gotten excellent service. Jeff Arkin, Service Manager there, and his team in Service are great!! They are friendly, professional, efficient (they get my car serviced quickly), good at communicating with me, and didn't try to sell me service I didn't need.

I highly recommend the Service department there and am sooooo happy with my Acura RDX!
