It was excellent food an atmosphere the service was awesome everyone was so friendly an polite

Went in for breakfast this morning. Cook taking his time cleaning the grill. Waitress asked if he heard order the first time he said no. Still cleaning, washed hands, then removed the grease catcher, then wanted to take my order. I left and came back at 5:30 pm and asked to speak with manager and they said that he would be back at 9:00 pm. I asked for district manager or managers phone number. I was told that I could call a 1-800 number. They would not even write the number down on anything. Wow! what horrible service!!! The worst!
