My mom, brother, and I went here today to pick out some boots for me for Christmas. Everything was well priced and the guys working there were just wonderful. Had a great time and enjoyed awesome customer service. The selection isn't huge, but we were able to find plenty in our price range.

I went with my husband for seminar in Nashville. We decided to stop argue store to check out some boots or accessories. My husband had to go to the bathroom meanwhile I was browsing the store, and a lady who also was sitting at the entrance of the store, came behind me and asked me why my husband was using their private. We ended up being scoffed out of the store with an ugly actitud by this lady saying that was the southern hospitality. They lost not only a sale, I think unless that lady gets fired or laid off the store is not gonna improve sales.. customer service people!!!!
