Despite the convincing TV commercials, the Good Feet Store was not that helpful as we were purchasing shoes for someone with balance issues. They focus on the orthotic insert, but were unable to help us find velcro strap shoes to go with them.

Great place to go in the West Nashville area if you are looking for more supportive shoes and/or insoles.

Nashville Good Feet Store has excellent customer service. I had chronic foot pain for the past year and tried everything Dr Scholls, Custom orthotic , shots and acupressure nothing worked. I never thought I would be walking pain-free until I tried Nashville Good Feet arch supports. I went to the store and Terra spent an hour with me going through the tests different arch supports and fitting them in my shoes. It took a little while to find the right fit--I think taking my time was the most important part--& it was well worth it! After just a few weeks of using the Good Feet arch supports, my foot pain heel pain was eliminated! I recommend Nashville Good Feet Arch supports to everyone I meet! Previously while working PRN at a medical facility where I was on my feet for at least 8 hours a day my hip ached down to my knee so badly I had to limit the times I chose to work.
