Offers a nice cup of coffee at a central location in the middle of 12 south. Includes working space, less crowded than the other coffee places on 12th.

Central location, good cup of coffee, easy parking, close to Sevier park and other shops, nice music in the background.

Portland brew is my absolute favorite! Coffee is delicious and so is the food. Only downside is that it has recently become so popular and busy!!!

This is a great place to get some coffee and knock out some work. There are different seating options and plenty of plugs for laptops!

Best coffee in Nashville. They know how to make a cappuccino the way it was intended! I drive out of my way in the mornings to go to the 12th South PB for the great baristas and coffee. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
