Good service. Had this alarm in two houses so far. Technicians come over to install and explain options, I was able to cancel via email when moving, and they call immediately when the alarm goes off.

Great service. You can reach them by often easily, the technician comes over and explains all. Prompt and forgiving response when the alarm goes off (by accident).

The whole installation experience was wonderful. All of my questions were answered. The new technology allowed us to connect our system to the cell towers, because we have fiber optic phone lines, I thought that was great.

Installed the alarm on my house. Technician was very respectful of my time and did a wonderful job on the install.

they are great. they are a tad bit expensive for installation and product purchase but you pay pennies compared to the other guys per month

Today I made a phone call to NCA, National Certified Alarms, 615-777-7622, at about 4:30 pm. The man that answered the phone was so rude. He sounded annoyed from the very beginning that somebody was calling. He kept repeating that I'll have to pay $189 up front and ignoring my questions. I felt as I was talking to somebody that totally does not care about the business. When I asked for the manager he raised his voice saying: none of them here, and hung up the phone! I am reading positive reviews below and the only reason I am writing this post is so that the company becomes aware that they have an employee that turns clients away. This was the WORSE customer service I EVER experienced. So disappointing.

I can't say enough about NCA. It is an Awesome Company. Love the service and the Tech. My Tech was of great help. He explained the system and made sure we were comfortable. He gave exceptional service.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I have always received the best service and you can't beat their monthly rate. I especially like that they're a locally owned company, and not a large national chain. It's rare that you find a company that you don't have any problems with... this is one of those companies. I highly recommend them!

Considering that I have a husband who travels a considerable amount, home security is top priority at our house. When my son and I are home alone I feel completely reassured by the fact that NCA is protecting us. On several occasions I have had to reach out to the service department due to false alarms. They were professional, courteous, and helpful! If you are looking for an affordable way to protect your family don't hesitate reaching out to NCA!
