I arrived and asked the assistant manager a question. Afterwards, I was then approached by Quentin, the store manager. He asked my wife and me if there was anything we needed help with. We both responded with "I don't know" and "Ummmm". Instead of investigating further, he just said "okay" and walked away. I immediately called the customer service number and was told that I would receive an email about my concerns. I returned to the store to try on the sneakers that I was interested in case I decided to order a pair online. During this visit, Quentin approached us again and asked if we needed any help with anything as if we hadn't been in the store just ten minutes earlier. My wife then spoke up and asked him whether or not he would just walk away from us even if we did need any help. Quentin then just said "okay" and walked away from us again. All I want is some sort of justice for this unprofessional experience. Does your company just not value customer service or customer loyalty?
