They will prey on you during vulnerable situations!

$450 to install at $112 faucet - ouch!

When I asked for a 10% discount via email, he replied saying if I were more professional that he would have give me a discount. Really!?!?

We had a hot water heater that crapped out, and they came quickly the same day. The work was very good and has continued to work well. Only negative would be that they did not exactly do a stellar job of cleaning up but nothing horrible.

We had a hot water heater stop working suddenly and needed a plumber asap. We are somewhat new to the area and Morton was recommended to us by a friend. We called around 10 am and they were able to come out and assess the issue within 1 hr. The water heater needed replacing and they were able to get the new heater and replace it same day. I was very thankful! My only small quibble was that there was some discolored water that spilled on our concrete basement floor when they drained the old unit. It would have been nice if they could have cleaned that up before leaving. But overall very happy with our experience and will call them again if we have a plumbing issue.

We have used these guys in a pinch twice and have been so pleased with their work and their pricing! They are quick, efficient and friendly! Our last guy saved us so much money when he diagnosed an easy fix problem!!

Personal service that is expertly given. These are the local plumbers that will fix all your needs. I trust them and that's saying a lot for a plumber.

I like this company for three reasons:



One, they guarantee all their work. They guarantee your satisfaction period. Also, they warranty most of their work for 6 years; if you develop leaks, they'll come do the repairs free of charge.



Two, they don't bill by the hour; instead, their plumbers bill by the job. It may seem higher priced upfront, but it actually gets you better quality in the longer run. The job can take much more than a plumber estimates, and you don't have to pay extra.



Three, their plumbers are not paid on commission and do not try and oversell anything. In fact, they offer cost savings options whenever possible.



Four, their work is the best in town. A+ quality.



In short, if you have plumbing issues, Morton should be your first call. They also have an outstanding HVAC repair department.

I needed a new garbage disposal, or at least I thought I did. These plumbers came to look at it and actually fixed it without having to replace. I placed their magnet on my fridge and will call again when I have clog or leak or something else.

I'm a repeat customer of Morton Plumbing and will call them when our air conditioner needs service as well. They train their crew to be respectful. They take off their shoes or wear covers so they never track in dirt or mud into your home. In all the years they have come and serviced our toilets, water heaters, clogged drains, they have never asked to use the restroom. I would not have minded, but they obviously take care of that before they enter my home and I admire the professionalism. They guarantee their work but I have never had to have them come back and fix something. They do it right the first time.

I have used Morton Plumbing for years. It is no surprise to me that they were voted the best plumbing company in Nashville by The Scene Readers. Most people think Hiller would have won, but sometimes the smaller companies with truly great service shine above the rest. I was thrilled to hear they are doing HVAC repair now. They have some experts on staff that can handle and air conditioning repair. If your home needs a new unit, they will replace your current one with a new unit that is highly efficient.

As the saying goes, a good plumber is hard to find. When we found this company, we stuck with them. They are really 'good guys.' They even put on shoe protectors in the home and are clean cut. We used them for hot water heater replacement, sink clogs, and when our garbage disposal broke.

When I had a plumbing emergency, I felt I really was at a plumber's mercy. I had heard about the service Morton Plumbing had provided to some of my friends and decided to call their office. My friends were not kidding about them, they were fast, fair, and did a excellent job. They saved me, stopped the leak in my wall, and even cleaned up the mess. I know they must have put us at the top of their list, because the plumbing truck arrived within 10 minutes of my call. I am so glad I called Morton rather than any other plumber. I am sticking to them for any other emergency and when my water heater needs replacement.

Morton Plumbing is simply awesome. One of my friends asked me to help him renovate a rental property that he had gotten from a family member. The bathroom was so messed up and nasty, we decided that it was best to gut the whole thing. Fortunately, Morton Plumbing were the people that he enlisted to help us do the work. They were invaluable, and were able to set up piping for the sink and he even ended up buying the fixtures through Morton at a great price. Morton was trustworthy and diligent about showing up on time, they get a five star review from me

OMG the best Plumber I have EVER used. Their price was less than they quoted, the men were so polite. They wore protective shoe coverings and even fixed something I mentioned at no charge while they were here. I will never use anyone else

Horrible communication and no office staff to speak of. Not recommended!
