This medical practice is the most unprofessional doctors office that I have EVER dealt with. Their hours and procedures frequently change and the people at the front desk like to argue back and forth insidiously as to what a patient may or may not have been told pertaining to protocol. It's dirty and trashy everywhere in the office, of which their poor attempt at new paint (shotty job) and refurbished chairs was supposed to upgrade. There are mulitple doctors and nurses that stroll in and out of there always having frequent leisurely conversations as customers sit in the waiting rooms and medical rooms. There OB GYN care is very impersonable and lackluster. This our third child and we have never seen such a zoo of an operation. I had a horrible experience from the beginning but bit my tongue up until recently becuase they opened on Saturdays and it was conveninet at the time. However I will not be treated like a second class citizen in that cesstpool another day. An example of their "care" was I wen tin for a antibiotic shot last year and the nurse injects me with the needle causing severe pain. I said ow jeez, she then says "Oh I'm sorry" then laughs and looks at the other nurse who was observing and says, "don't do it like that" WOW!!! So to make a long story short I am very pleased and happy to finally have access to a new doctor and my records that they initiall y refused to relinquish tp me until I kicked and screamed enough that they couldn't take it anymore. They are clearly all about collecting funds and not reciporcating good customer service, that is being payed for.
