Just moved into the neighborhood and visited Kroger on Charlotte Pike. Nice store and very nice people. The lady in floral was so helpful and made a pretty poinsettia arrangement for me that was so beautiful. Her department was so neat and had pretty flowers. A guy in the fruit section was helpful also. Senior day was nice with refreshments. Thanks Kroger my family like shopping there.

Would be nice to have fresh ground beef available all day rather than not having any to put out until after 3 pm... Especially on weekends. Or at the very least offer to grind up a few pounds for a customer thats asking for it instead of telling them to come back later... Really? I just headed to another store and will continue to do so...

This store has really turned around in the last few months. The store is cleaner and the employee's are better about helping customers.

I absolutey hate to have to go to this store for anything. Everyone working there seems to have their "own agenda" and can't be bothered with a little thing like customer service. The employees do their best to avoid eye contact, I guess they are afraid that you may have a question for them. The final insult is the checkout lanes. Back in the day a cashier actually looked at you and wasn't carrying on a conversation with two or three of the other employees
