We went for dinner last night after not having been there for a couple of months. I was so looking forward to their vegetable plate which had roasted beets that were fantastic. Unfortunately they had discontinued it and appeared to have a new menu. Thinking I was pretty safe with whatever I ordered, I decided on the Brasserie Chicken. The three large flat pieces of chicken were so salty I could only eat one and the mashed potatoes were gummy and swimming in butter. Huge disappointment , but to make things worse, I woke up at two a.m. with extreme nausea. Don't know what has changed, but definitely not the quality of food I had come to expect.

One of my favorite restaurants: friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere. I dined in 3 times within a week. Problems with your food, they will do whatever it takes to make it right.

I always enjoy eating here! The food is very good and the service is too. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for.

Love to go here for lunch. They have great salads. Very filling service is great,too. Always busy but they do not rush you.

We just had dinner at J. Alexander's on White Bridge Road. It was my daughter's birthday, and they allowed us to bring in a cake. The service was great (ask for Ward), and the food was excellent. The waiter brought out our cake with a candle lit. We did not even have to ask. We were not rushed at any point, and he anticipated our every need.

Expensive, but some of the best filet mignon and key lime pie I have ever had. Great cocktails, great food, and a great atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I went there for dinner the other night and I didnt think it was as good as it use to be. Her filet was very good and the temp was just right. However, mine was not very good at all. The smashed was very dry and my prime rib that I ordered med rare came out med well at the least. The server could have been a little more friendly but hey.... the wine was great.
