We hired Elite Roofing Company of Nashville in 2011 to perform a $25k residential re-roof job on our Brentwood, Tennessee, home.



During the course of this work, Elite's crew removed the shingles, underlayment, and plywood sheathing across a LARGE section along the back of our house; knowing FULL WELL that thunderstorms were in the forecast for early that afternoon, and would continue throughout the next week.



To cut to the chase, Elite did not get the roof covered in time and it rained INSIDE our NEW house, damaging our ceilings, floors and walls, as well as saturating the insulation in both our walls and attic.



Not only did our home suffer extensive damage as a result of Elite's work, but they also failed to satisfactorily fix it and have yet to pay us a SINGLE CENT toward our repair expenses (now almost a YEAR later). To add insult to injury, their insurance carrier refused to cover our claim!



If only we had KNOWN then, what we know now, about that company... we would have NEVER EVER hired them!

I've heard stories of many other Nashville area residents who have had surprising similar encounters with this same company. I can only hope that they will take the time to write a review to help save others from the pitfall that has consumed an entire year of our life, and is likely soon not to be over.

Our firm did a job with Elite roofing at the Millington, Tn Naval Base and was under contract to perform certian parts of the job. We completed our work and have not been paid. This was in November of 2009. We have tried to get payment from them but they will not answer phone calls or emails. Please stay away from this company, they do not pay their subcontractors even though they have recieved full payment for the job.

Great service. Very professional and very informative.

This business was terrific to work with from start to finish, from the secretary to the boss. They not only worked with me and my insurance company to get the job done, but the follow through and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect was remarkable. I am so pleased with my roof and gutters and I truly believe I had a fair deal and the staff of this company did everything they could to make sure the job was done right.
