Poor management. High turn over rate with hard working employees. A disappointment to loyal patrons who look forward to the positive experience and inter-personal relationships formed with staff who keep us coming back. Employees work to the bone with little incentive, no breaks and managers recant any promotions to hard working employees after they can get what they want out of them. Corporate operates off of a 'Good Ol Boy' buddy system, feigning innocence when confronted with questionable behavior.

A constant string of unprofessional and flaky managers who run off loyal customers and dedicated employees. The poor management is reflected in the high turn over rate of employees and their forced smiles which are anything but genuine.
