I had the worst experience with ECR. My car was hit in a parking lot in September and I went through my insurance to have my bumper repaired. Once the estimate was approved by my insurance company I was told a date and time by ECR to drop off my car and was told it was a 3-5 day repair. My entire ordeal just ended - a month later. ECR lied to me and my insurance company multiple times and spent the first two weeks "waiting for parts" that should have been ordered before I even dropped off my car. They then got the wrong parts multiple times and did not communicate to my insurance company along the way that they needed supplemental forms completed. They also failed to contact me or communicate with me at all during this entire process. I had to call them every time to see what was happening with my car and multiple times I was told someone would call me back and no one did. They have too many cars in their shop and can not handle repairs in a timely and efficient manner. More importantly they can not accept responsibility for anything and continued to blame the insurance company for their own short-comings. DO NOT GO TO ECR!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received here for my dinged-up Tesla. The general manager, Bryan, was exceptionally attentive and courteous, and I was equally impressed with the thoroughness of the company's technician, Kelly, who diagnosed my car's issues. Incredibly, they recommended that the car didn't need any repair ... What for-profit company does that? Their thorough explanation convinced me I could drive it safely and confidently. This is one of the few body shops in the Nashville area certified to repair Teslas, and my positive experience tells me why.

This place was EXCELLENT! They are pricey but the service was great! My car was fixed in a timely manner. The owner allowed me to bring my car in at a time the shop would usually be closed just to make it convenient for me! They were up front about cost and provided me with options. I would definitely recommend them with no hesitation!
