This property is NOT up to date (no hardwood, structural oversights, old, original appliances, old hardware and lighting, worn carpet, no online presence) therefore they’re cheaper than most in the area. No amenities to speak of, although I think there is a self-pay laundry room on site. Convenient to all areas; location is superb. Service is another indication of overall quality; in this case both need improvement. The use of paper on this property instead of email and the internet to communicate with residents and the public...is frustrating.

Nice one and two bedroom apartments. Quiet and conveniently located. Close to both interstate 24 and 65

I lived at Coventry Square Apartments on two separate occasions, the second of which was for five years. Both times I found it quite difficult to leave! It is reasonably priced, you get a lot of space, storage, and a practical floorplan. The townhomes have a fantastic courtyard, affording a private entrance to each townhome. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and it's a nice 'settled' community. It's the one apartment I can actually say became my 'home'!!! Definitely recommend it!!!

It was a lovely, safe place to stay and my first apartment home as well. I hated to leave! Ms. Sylvia was the perfect apartment manager. It's a gated community and I had the best neighbors anyone could ask for. I would recommend this complex!
