I ordered a specialty birthday cake and instead of putting the birthday person's name on the cake, they put MY name -- the name of the person ordering -- on the cake. And then the morons there said they couldn't fix it. You might think they'd offer me a concession on the price in lieu of their enormous blunder, but no. They gave me my receipt and told me there was a $1.00 coupon on the back for my next visit. Ha! As if I'd ever spend another penny in that place. I HATE that location. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would never recommend it and I'd give it negative stars if I could.

Love this Baskin Robbins location! Service is fast and lines typically move pretty quickly. Great variety of things to choose from!

Every once in a while you need a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream. It is my favorite at BR! The prices are too high!

clean restaurant, great product, lots of staff standing around waiting for something to happen. Everyone was very nice and helpful though.

Love this Baskin Robbins. We love being part of the ice cream club. Great smoothies and ofcourse the ice cream cakes with that yummy marshmallow icing.

Always have good service at this location! Ice cream is very fresh and no issues of freezer burn or anything like that.

We go for ice cream here sometimes. I did go there before Christmas wanting to get a gift card and was told that they don't sell them in this location.

Love their ice cream. They are understaffed at times. This place does a lot of business. They need more workers.
