Very nice and professional, he talked to my husband and he was very impressed with him.

They are good at what they do and their product works. This is our 3rd year using Aptive. Always courteous and keep us informed.

Dustin was wonderful! He was diligent about walking me through my questions and surveying the property for the best application.

Airolg P. set up services via phone due to me being at work. He was courteous and professional, not like the average salesman. This was the initial visit LaDarrius Williams was very knowledgeable of the product he used and of his job. He was very professional and explained each step of the treatment process. He answered all my questions and he explained in depth. I feel like my home will be be forever bug free using Aptive for pest control services. I was truly impressed with the services provided at an affordable price.

They are always thorough and listen to our concerns and explain the procedure and what to expect.

Promptly and efficiently took care of spraying the yard. Very polite associate of the company who represented them well. Thank you for taking care of my yard.

Isiah came out last week and did our first pest control with Aptive. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to talk about the bugs he was treating for and hit all of the areas I was concerned about. I definitely want Isiah to always service our home.

Ivan W. did a great job going above and beyond for our routine quarterly visit. Not only did he look for answers when he didn't immediately have them, he came back with solutions! He also pulled our ladder out and took down a flood light for us that had a wasp nest attached to ensure there would be no more "guests" moving in. Great job!

Callie and Cody came and did our initial service today. They were on time, professional, and thorough. Can’t wait for the treatment to get to work and our bugs to leave!

Mr. Coffey was very professional and friendly. Helpful with all questions and seemed to do a thorough job. I look forward to having him back next quarter!

Today was our second service date with Aptive. Derek was our service pro. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & when there was a certain pest problem I showed him & he didn't know the answer to he got on the phone with his supervisor & found out how to solve to problem. So far we are very pleased with Aptive's service. I would recommend them for your pest problems.

Regarding the overall service, Early days yet to determine the effectiveness of the treatment as the job was done earlier today. In need of thinking through their customer service processes, however gracious when challenged on concerns

Aptive people always answer the phone promptly. The service people (today was Sear and Pierre) are very knowledgeable and will come back again if needed.

Very impressed with Sear and Derek who were my Active Service Pros. They are very knowledgable of their service and were very thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. They did a thorough job and were very friendly and professional.

This was my initial service. Malcolm and Sear called to advise running late and asked if ok to come. They did apologize and explain why late. Once here, Malcolm, began to review information with me to insure Caden and my discussion matched their records. Both gentlemen answered all my questions and explained answers with truthfulness. They each took extra steps to go over and above to of each actions and to advise of pest that I was unaware. Such as aphids and white flies in shrubbery. They treated for both. Also, very aware of my fish pond and growing tomatoe plants advised why we should not treat those areas. Very please with Malcolm and Sear and feel good with my decision. Crossing fingers my little pest will go away.

Eric Aguilar came to the front door to announce his arrival and to do the service. He is very profession, polite, receptive and offered good insight. We are glad to get this quarters service and Eric took good care of us,
