On 6/13/14, I left a check for $150 for Apple to clean the outside of my windows - I had to be gone for the day and Helen said it was fine to leave a check. I did not want storm windows removed. I came home and the windows had not been touched and the check was gone. I called and talked to Helen and she said it was because of the storm windows. I told her there are no storm windows or screens upstairs and the windows were still dirty and still had spider webs on them. The check was cashed. I reported this to the BBB and got no results so I gave up.A couple months later, I got a call from a msn at Apple asking if I needed my windows cleaned. Then I got a Christmas card from Apple.I still hope to get a refund, but doubt I'll get one. Do not use Apple!
