I had a problem with my refrigerator 3 months ago and I called Thomas to come and look at it. He told me that I needed a new compressor because the one I had wasn't working. Then he said that he ordered one for a customer and for some reason the customer didn't want the compressor so he brought it and replaced it. I had to call him the next day because something was still wrong so he came 2 days later and put some freon. It was working till last Monday, I called him to tell him that the temperature is always up and the compressor never stopped so he came to check that and put some extra freon. I refused to put extra freon so I called another technician what the other technician said to me was a total shock. The other technician said that the compressor was too small for my refrigerator and the reason I believed him was because Thomas told me that he bought for someone else.

1. He brought me someone else's compressor telling me it's the same one that I had.
2. He replaced the wrong compressor and took $450 for it.
3. He didn't do his job really well, we had to call him the next day.
4. He tried to play me again saying I need extra freon.
5. He is a terrible person and terrible service. Doesn't know how to take care of his customers and his job.

Tommy was prompt and friendly. He fixed the issue and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend using 1 & Dunn appliance repair.! Tommy went over and beyond to help us out with a non working front load washer. He had to make to trips, buy parts and then return them when it was determined that the washer wasn't worth repairing. He charged just one trip fee when he really had a lot more time invested. We really appreciate the customer service he provides and will use him again.
