plz quit cutting corners( nomatter how long you've worked there) when doing BIFOCAL line placemnent, correct way= eye to eye, nose to nose, not standing above, or sitting at desk with client standing at counter and guesstimating a mm is a big deal to eyes. dr bell did it finally right
