About a year ago I had a bunch of work done on my car...everything from tires/brakes/shocks and struts ect...essentially a brand new undercarriage...I was ok paying because I love my car and they promised it would be done by the end of the day...I did not realize the end of the day was past mid night...I was there at 9AM...I found it strange that 1 person was working on my car the entire time so I asked why they didn't believe in team work...One of the staff members told me how it works...Each mechanic earns a weekly bonus based on the work they do...for instance...shocks and struts thats 1 category...oil changes...ect...The max you can achieve is called a "bogey"...because the mechanic did not want to share the bonus.... I was stuck there till mid night...The manager that stayed had not incentive to actually manage and say...this is going to be a long night...lets grab another person to help...BTW...the manager stayed till mid night too and collected overtime because the place closes at 7...So everyone wins other than the customer...less than a year later...I've had to replace a brake that was smoking...I called to see if a brake was covered they said yes but you need to bring it up...after I explained it was smoking they gave me some money back...Now I'm back at Honda getting something else that they replaced fixed and now they've said I must bring it to one of their stores to get it fixed for free...the car has the potential of getting into accident because its a control arm...My life is worth so much more than that...Customer service is what brings people back...these guys are bad...they also once swapped a part the was brought from another ntb down because it was a wrong model number( no big deal ) for the right one because the mechanic was talking to girl that he knew came in to bay and got distracted...costing me 3hrs because the transport person made it back to the other NTB...

Can you tell me why this company is not honoring the terrible work that was done on my car. After a ASE-Certified technicians does a simple transmission flush in which he did not put enough fluid in and destroyed my transmission. NTB tells me "don't worry we will take care it, which never happen!

I finally had enough and can tell my transmission was getting worst. I called, "no name given" because they will remove my post at NTB, Nashua NH and he said he will file a claim with their insurance company called "Sedgwick CMS" worst insurance company and here some of the review of this insurance company. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/sedgwick-cms

This insurance company sent a guy over to my house that I had to schedule around his child sporting event, soccer game or something, really didn't care. Could do a late Saturday, no Sundays and so I changed what I was doing for him, stupid! Then he takes my car around the block for 15 minutes. Unknowingly to him the man he was talking was my son. He was trained in the Coast Guard and worked on many engines. He explained exactly what was wrong with my car and it fell on deaf ears. I told my son one of the lines that there was air in my transmission and of my son had a good laugh, as did my husband, and both said they treated me as a "WOMAN" who knew nothing!

Weeks later I get the "claim denied" letter, which was not a surprise because the guy did NOTHING! I called "no name given" at NTB and he stated he will talk to the Regional Manger "no name given" about the claim because everything was documented. "no name given" never calls me back, call him again and tells me "no name given" will call me. Third time now and he stated "no name given" should have called me already, "no name given" is a real good Regional Manger, great customer service! "no name given" finally calls back and tells me "no name given" cannot do a thing, "no name given" as the Regional Manger is useless to NTB! Here is an article for "no name given" on customer satisfaction it may help him: http://managementhelp.org/customers/service.htm#anchor977292

I may be stupid because here is a list of other mistakes on my car.

1. Replace tires, then when I came back for something else they told me I needed to replace my tires. Well since they put them on a few months early I said yes on your dime!

2. Struts and Shock: Front ones looks rusted out soon after they were put on, they tell that normal.

Oh and every time I go over a bump the rear of my car make a weird nose.

3. Then when I went back for 2 rear tires they tell me I need new shocks after they just put four new shocks on month prior.

4. Brought my car in for an inspection sticker, they could not figure the computer out. They told me to drive for so many miles to reset the computer. Came back still can't get a reading. They tell me I can go to any other NTB, which is not true at all.

Found this out after I went to the one in Salem NH, when an employee told me that wasn't true. The ASE-Certified technicians work on it for hours and finally could get me sticker. What he did was repeatedly disconnected my battery, 4 days later I had to replace my battery because a cell was over loaded. Never went back....
