my husband and I have lived in the Napoleon area for years and have always taken our vehicles to Jim;s . We didn;t used to have any problems until the last couple of visits between December2017 and February 2018. The communcation is awful there. Wehad our vehicle towed because it would't start. We assumed it was not the battery that we had just purchased from them within the last couple months. Sure enough it was. The worker told my husband they would replace and the next day they changed the story to the battery wasn't weak enough to replace. Our vehicle would not start for a reason. I think it's really bad customer service if you tell your customer one thing and change your mind the next day. We will no longer be taking our vehicles there. I hope you check this place out before you take yours there.
